As in any game, in our jobs too, we need to play by the rules and recognize our limits. Being a team player is extremely important to succeed in our jobs. Team players ward off any negativity in the office and always steer clear of petty politics. In short, they don’t create internal opponents.
Identifying the external opponents brings people within organizations together to fight for a common purpose. It keeps employees charged up.
